Location – Cheshire

Client/Home – We are currently looking to recruit a Home Manager on behalf of an exceptional independent care provider in Cheshire. The home is a 40+ bed nursing service which requires a nurse qualified Manager. The successful candidate will be a natural leader, be able to delegate tasks effectively and have strong communication skills. You will have strong commercial and business acumen and be able to effectively promote the company values and ethos. You must be passionate about delivering the highest possible standard of care, ensuring that you set the best example to your team.

About You:

  • Nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC pin is essential
  • Possess minimum of a Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management
  • Have previous experience as a Home Manager of a nursing home
  • Possess strong knowledge of CQC Regulations and be able to evidence your previous CQC reports
  • Have strong clinical knowledge and be aware of up to date practices
  • Possess strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
  • Have the ability to implement change and be able to evidence when you have done so previously
  • Able to inspire and mentor teams of staff through promotion of strong company values and ethos

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £45,000.00 to £50,000.00 /year
